Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item for a different item because of size, color, etc, we ask that the following conditions be met.

To process your exchange, please send your items postage paid, along with your transaction ID or order number and a brief note explaining the nature of the exchange (bracelet too small etc...) to:

Due to the custom nature of the photo and engraved pieces, All sales are final!   If for some reason there is an issue with the piece that you receive, the  piece can be sent back to us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.    This policy excludes any pieces that required us to size/crop the image submitted. It is up to the discretion of o\Our designers  when sizing an image for the pieces ordered. Proofs will be sent to customers when significant changes are made to the images, once those proofs are approved the items will be made. There will  be no rework on items that had proof approval.  Please note, we will not begin working on a replacement piece until the defective piece is received in our studio.

Regretfully, we can not refund shipping charges incurred to send the original items to you. In the event of an exchange, there will be a small charge to cover the cost of shipping the second item. If the reason for a refund is due to our mistake, we will refund the entire amount, including shipping. Please include the appropriate amount to cover the cost of our "re-shipping" the item to you. If it cost $3.85 to send it back to us, please include that amount in the form of a check so that we can get your exchange out faster. Alternatively, you may contact us and have the additional shipping charges applied to your credit card, there is a $1~ fee for processing the shipping charges to your credit card.

Return Policy 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you purchase.  However, due to the custom nature of the photo and engraved pieces, all sales are final.  All other items can be returned provided the items meet the following criteria:

If you are returning one item from an order with multiple items, only the amount paid for the returned item will be refunded.  Regretfully, we can not refund shipping charges incurred to send the items to you unless there was a clear mistake on our part such as shipping the wrong item.
Once you have sent your return back to us, we will need you to call us with your credit card information so we may apply the refund back to your card, as we do not retain your card information in our system.
 
On rare occassions we will grant a refund for a return of our custom items. However, any refund given will have the following deductions: all shipping charges, S& H fees, Processing fee for credit cards of 6.5%, work fee for making the item $30, any  custom sizing of the items that required us to use our in-house jeweler to custom size a piece to fit you $20, and a 40% restocking fee.  If you are unhappy with the image quality that can be fixed we are more than happy to rework an item for you. All images are approved by the customer prior to making and you could be charged a rework fee of $15 plus shipping. If this was a printing error on our part - wrong image was used when compared to what was approved by customer - there will be no charge. Otherwise if you still wish to have a refund on a completed piece you will need to return to us the items  to our address  listed above and we will issue a refund minus the previously listed deductions.

Warranty

All of our pieces are  guaranteed for 60 days after the purchase date.  Should one of your pieces break due to no fault of your own, we will gladly replace the item:

This does not include lost or stolen items. In the event of a warranty exchange, there may  be a small charge to cover the cost of shipping the second item.

If for some reason the damaged piece is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute another product in place of the damaged piece, a refund will not be issued in this case.
