Our Jefferson City store has closed as of May 1, 2010 - All gift cards that were purchased at that location can be used online. Please enter the card number located on the back of the card in the discount/coupon box of our shopping cart page when checking out. Becuase all Gift Cards are usable on our website and local clients can call to have their shipping charges waived, there will be NO refunds provided for unused gift cards. Due to some confusion with our store closing here are some facts to set you at ease...
* We are a local business and are only selling online now.
* All orders placed online will need images either loaded to the order via the online order or emailed to us.
* Any pending orders from our store will be completed - any pending orders from the store are due to the fact that we are waiting for images to be sent - please send them to Sales@BellaSnaps.com I will edit and return all images for your approval prior to making the item.
* All gift cards purchased from the store CAN be redeemed via our online store at www.bellasnaps.com by typing the card number on the back begining with 636... shipping charges will apply to this order.
* Our address is a private residence and coming to our new place of business is NOT permitted unless arrangements have already been made with us.
* Our 888 number is a toll free number that we established via RingCentral.com - this number rings to our new place of business and we will try to return all calls with 24 hours. Emails always work well for us and we are able to answer emails quicker than phone calls - sales@BellaSnaps.com
* NO outstanding orders will be left ufinished - Please provide information needed to complete the orders so that we can deliver you your purchase.
